Refund Policy

PING4SMS operates a no-refund policy for all SMS credit purchases. All payments to PING4SMS are non-refundable once the transaction is completed.

We strongly recommend testing our services before purchasing large volumes. You can start with our Silver plan (minimum purchase) to evaluate delivery quality, speed, and platform features before committing to higher volumes.

While SMS credits are non-refundable, PING4SMS provides lifetime validity on all purchased credits — they never expire, ever.

This means your investment is always protected. If you buy 50,000 SMS today and use only 10,000 this month, the remaining 40,000 will remain in your account indefinitely — available whenever you need them.

Lifetime validity eliminates the main risk of purchasing SMS credits — the fear that unused credits will be wasted due to expiry.

PING4SMS provides automatic credit refunds for SMS sent to DND (Do Not Disturb) registered numbers:

• Credits for promotional SMS delivered to DND numbers are automatically refunded
• Refund is instant — no manual request required
• Credits for Voice Call failures are also automatically refunded
• WhatsApp credits for non-WhatsApp numbers are automatically refunded

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Bulk SMS credits (Promotional, Transactional, OTP)
• Bulk Voice Call credits
• WhatsApp Business API credits
• Non-delivery due to telecom operator issues beyond PING4SMS control
• Billed invoices — cannot be cancelled or modified after issue

• Billed invoices cannot be cancelled or modified
• Pricing and credits may change per TRAI/Operator regulations
• Payment accepted via UPI, GPay, PhonePe, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, NEFT/RTGS
• Credits added within 5 minutes for digital payments; bank transfers upon confirmation
• In exceptional cases where PING4SMS agrees to refund, processing takes 45–90 days after written request via email
• Any agreed refund will have 30% processing charges + used credits deducted
