These Terms of Service ("ToS") are an agreement between PING4SMS ("ping4sms.com") and any person who accesses, browses, or uses the services available on this website ("User"), whether or not registered.

When you sign up for PING4SMS, you allow us to contact you through SMS, calls, emails, and WhatsApp for login verification, important service messages, and relevant offers.

These ToS shall be read in conjunction with all amendments, additional terms, Privacy Policy, and any other terms that govern services provided through this platform.

All bulk SMS services in India are governed by TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) regulations and the DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) framework. As a user of PING4SMS:

• You must complete DLT registration before sending commercial SMS
• All sender IDs and message templates must be DLT-approved
• Promotional SMS must only be sent between 9 AM and 9 PM
• You must not send unsolicited SMS or spam
• PING4SMS provides free DLT registration assistance to all customers

Lifetime Validity: All PING4SMS SMS credits have lifetime validity — they never expire. Credits purchased remain in your account indefinitely until used.

GST: 18% GST is applicable on all plans as per Indian tax regulations. A GST invoice is provided for every purchase.

Payment Methods: We accept UPI, GPay, PhonePe, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and NEFT/RTGS bank transfers. Credits are added within 5 minutes for digital payments.

Pricing Changes: The pricing and credits may be changed as per the regulations of TRAI / Telecom Operators. PING4SMS reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

You agree not to use PING4SMS services for:

• Sending spam, unsolicited, or fraudulent messages
• Phishing, scam, or deceptive communications
• Sending messages that violate TRAI DLT regulations
• Any illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Reselling without a proper white label reseller agreement

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

PING4SMS shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery of SMS due to issues at the telecom operator's end, network failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

DND (Do Not Disturb) registered numbers will not receive promotional SMS — credits for such numbers are automatically refunded to your account.

PING4SMS is not responsible for the content of messages sent by users. The user is solely responsible for ensuring their messages comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

PING4SMS reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
